- Cloud Servers run on a resource pool; when load increases, CPU and RAM scale instantly, and you are not tied to a single physical server. A VPS, on the other hand, runs with fixed resource allocation on a single physical host. For enterprise workloads, we recommend choosing a Cloud Server.
- The Service Level Agreement (SLA) allows only ~52 minutes of annual downtime. If this duration is exceeded, credit refunds are provided at the rates specified in the contract. Our commitment covers all Cloud products.
- What are the payment methods?
- After payment confirmation, Cloud and hosting accounts are activated within an average of 2-5 minutes, while dedicated servers are activated within 1-4 hours. A notification email is sent when activation is completed.
